Did You Know?
Casey Insurance Group provides policies with Coverage A Hull & Equipment coverage provide full Salvage Coverage to pay the reasonable cost to salvage the insured boat. Unlike many other policies, this coverage is provided "in addition" to the amount available to be paid for the damage to the boat/yacht. The limit of Liability (P&I) is available on policies with Coverage B Boating Liability for wreck removal if the vessel cannot be salvaged and the boat owner is required to remove the wreck.
Give Your Agency a Competitive Advantage by Offering the Extras
Don't forget the importance of the "extras" Casey Insurance Group offers. Both the Yacht and Charter policies offer a Lower Deductible endorsement for the boat's navigation electronics and tender, lowering the deductible applicable to specific electronics and the scheduled tender in the event of a covered loss.
The Yacht Policy also has an optional Depreciation Waiver endorsement for boats under 10 years old which eliminates depreciation on certain types of covered repair/replacement claims.
For even more savings, look for packaged endorsements that offer a collection of upgrades at a discounted price in both Charter and Yacht policies. For the Charter Policy it is called the Charter Gold Endorsement and for the Yacht Policy there is the Premier Endorsement. You can find these endorsements under Part F on the application.
